Refund policy

  • Print-on-Demand: Each item is printed and fulfilled on demand, we do not accept returns for items that are not defective or damaged. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, we are happy to offer a replacement. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with photos of the damaged item and packaging to start the claims process. We will provide a full refund or ship a replacement at no extra charge.

  • Wrong Item Sent: If we’ve sent you the wrong item, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order. We'll start a return to get a replacement out to you or issue you a refund.

  • Size Exchanges: Since each item is made to order, we do not offer size exchanges. To ensure the best fit, please refer to our sizing guide on the product page before placing your order. If you’re unsure about sizing, feel free to reach out to us for assistance.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Customized or personalized items (e.g., items with custom names or designs) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
